Select payment method and enter comments in the message field, if applicable.

Click For Larger Image (Message can include special shipping requests, your account manager's name, your Coastal Customer #, any special promotional discount codes, etc.)

Review your order details and shipping and billing information. If you need to update shipping or billing information, use your BROWSER back arrow, then process the form again to see the updated information.
  1. If you want to receive your online discount (when one is available) enter your online order DISCOUNT CODE with any additional instructions.

    BELOW the payment drop-down box, you will see a general comments box, labeled IS THERE A MESSAGE WITH THIS ORDER?

    Click For Larger Image In the comment box, type in the discount code (when one is available) and/or any additional instructions, as in the example shown.

    You may receive online discount codes via special online, faxed, or mailed offers. When responding to these offers, make sure to type in the proper code to receive the appropriate discount.

    NOTE: Your online discount will be applied AFTER your order has been processed via Coastal's shopping cart.

    You will have to wait until your order is verified by your account representative to confirm the discount. THIS DISCOUNTED amount will NOT display in the shopping basket, or in your online receipt.


  2. You can now enter the PAYMENT OPTION you would like to use to process your order.

    On the RIGHT side of the page, in approximately the center of the page, you will see a drop-down box that is labeled: SELECT PAYMENT METHOD. Click on that dropdown, and select the method you prefer.

    1. If you select a CREDIT CARD option, AFTER YOU SELECT THE CARD TYPE, click on the CONTINUE button.

      ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE (this applies to credit card orders only), make sure to enter the complete card information, WITHOUT SPACES or dashes.

      Also please make sure to select the MONTH and DATE options for your card expiration date. Then, click on the CONTINUE button.

    2. If you desire to use a Purchase Order (PO), be billed, or provide credit card information over the phone, select the CALL ME option.

    3. If you are ordering a free, VHS (shipped tape) preview, please select CALL ME as your payment option here.
