FREE PREVIEWS Customers within the continental U.S. may schedule a 7-day preview of most video programs or compliance manuals (except where noted) at no charge. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be billed for shipping. Coastal reserves the right to limit quantities or to elect not to send previews. Previews are for evaluation only, and may not be used for training. By ordering previews, customers accept the responsibility of returning the materials at their own expense. RENTALS All Coastal programs are available for rental. For more information, contact your Account Manager. Rental charges may be applied to the purchase price if the program is bought within 30 days of the rental period. PURCHASE To purchase a program, contact your Account Manager, fax 757-498-3657, e-mail sales@coastal.com or you may place order online (includes orders for free, VHS previews). You may also send your purchase order to: MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE Coastal promises to provide you with exceptional training materials in a prompt, efficient manner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days for a full refund. All prices are subject to change without notice. Tapes are sold for the life of the cassette. However, Coastal will gladly replace any tape which is damaged or proves defective within six months of purchase. PROGRAM UPDATES Many of Coastal's programs cover OSHA and other government regulations. If a regulation changes within six months of your purchase, we will replace that program free of charge when an update is available. If it is more than six months after the purchase date, we will make the revised version available to you for an update charge of $95. GSA CONTRACT Federal government agencies please call us regarding our GSA contract, #GS-02F-9309C. SHIPPING Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground the day after they are received. Orders may be shipped via UPS 3-Day Select, Second-Day Air or Next-Day Air for an additional charge. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Virginia Beach, VA. Previews and rentals should be returned via a traceable shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express or Registered Mail. The customer is responsible for loss or damage on return shipments. For your protection, you may want to insure the package for full value. Failure to return previews and rentals via a traceable means could result in your organization being billed for the full purchase price plus shipping.The customer is responsible for transportation charges when returning previews and rentals. PAYMENT TERMS Terms of payment are 2 percent 10 days, net 30 days, with approved credit. Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date are subject to a 1.5 percent monthly service charge. TAX The following states should include tax with their payment: CA, FL, IN, IA, MI, MN, NC, TX, VA, and WA. CREDIT CARDS Coastal gladly accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and the government credit card. COPYRIGHT Any duplication of Coastal video programs or print materials is expressly prohibited. Tapes are not licensed for broadcast of any kind, and may not be loaned, rented or resold without prior permission. LATE CHARGES Late returns of previews may be subject to additional rental charges up to the full purchase price of the materials ordered. |
