This video -- the first part in our Lessons From Ground Zero training documentary -- provides first-hand accounts from those who experienced the World Trade Center evacuations on February 26, 1993 and September 11, 2001. It shows how critical changes implemented after the 1993 bombing expedited the evacuation on September 11th, and allowed more than 18,000 people to evacuate in less than two hours -- four hours faster than in 1993.
